Summary: appears to be most frequently associated with bushes/low vegetation.

Associations:

  • Deciduous branches: beech, hawthorn, oak, sallow and wild service tree.
  • Conifer/evergreen branches: broom, juniper and larch.
  • Other microhabitats: heather.

Sampling techniques: beating branches and sweep netting.
